Role Description:

  • Design and implement social media strategies

  • Publish content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Collaborate with teams for consistent brand content

  • Engage with followers, respond promptly to queries

  • Identify and implement new features for brand visibility and engagement

  • Develop and monitor social media campaigns, analyze performance

  • Optimize content and strategies for brand growth and audience response

  • Schedule weekly email newsletters for subscriber engagement

  • Create graphics and videos for captivating content

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform developments

-Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms

-Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

-Basic knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing principles.

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

-Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Google docs & sheets

-Any additional knowledge of tools or platforms serves as a complimentary perk
