Project Planning & Control Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 years (Electrical Contracting Industry preferred)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Planning & Control Manager to handle DPR management, project coordination, billing support, documentation, and monthly review processes across multiple electrical contracting sites. The role requires excellent follow-up skills, accuracy in documentation, and strong coordination with Directors, site teams, accounts, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily DPR entries, verify discrepancies, and coordinate with sites.
  • Manage project email communication, draft replies, and maintain documentation.
  • Handle PQ/Tender documentation, folder creation & coordination with Accounts.
  • Organize monthly site review meetings: scheduling, reminders, MOM preparation, circulation & monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and update billing-related documents: PI, GST Bills, Proforma Invoice, Material TDS, MAS lists, labour bills, PPP updates, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare project closure documents: virtual completion letters, handover letters, etc.
  • Weekly updates of MOM & trackers in client Google Sheets.
  • Manage Work Order folder creation and coordination with Drawing Team.
  • Prepare drafts, letters, formats, and method statements as per Director instructions.
  • Ensure proper filing & documentation control for all project records.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 5–10 years in Project Planning, Billing & Coordination (Electrical Contracting).
  • Strong MS Excel, documentation & communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-site coordination, follow-ups & reporting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹428, ₹1,671,220.12 per year
