Overview:

You will support our Sales and Renewals teams by reviewing and validating incoming orders. We rely on you to ensure accuracy and compliance with all documentation and Salesforce entries. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve missing or incorrect information. We value your attention to detail and your ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes. They depend on you to maintain audit-ready records and uphold internal standards.
We appreciate your flexibility, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do:

  • Review of incoming orders from Sales and Renewals teams.
  • Validate order fields in Salesforce for accuracy and completeness.
  • Examine documentation such as POs, Quotes, Contracts, and SOWs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
  • Adapt to system updates and process changes.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in order processing or sales operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce system. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • This position is expected to work in UK or US time zone as per business requirement.
