The Role: Business Development Manager (US Market)
We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Female Business Development Manager with a strong track record in IT/ITES sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter and a true sales enthusiast ready to secure new business and manage the complete sales cycle for the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and acquire new clients for IT/ITES services within the US market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
