Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform development. Experience in complex Salesforce implementations and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Platform & Development:
  • Apex (Advanced programming skills)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Data Model, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous operations
  • REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
  • Cloud & Tools:
  • platform
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Salesforce DX and CLI
  • Deployment & DevOps:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines)
  • Version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)

Good to Have:

  • Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations
  • Platform Developer I & II certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
  • Build and customize components using LWC and Apex
  • Implement complex business logic and integrations using Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver features
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
