Biitcode is urgently hiring for HR Manager for our client in Lullanagar Area for Service Industry.

Requisites:

  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR generalist/manager experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Compliance

  2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMIS systems.

  3. Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  4. Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory requirements.

  5. Employee Relation

  6. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

  7. Promote a positive work culture and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  8. Resolve workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.

  9. Performance Management

  10. Implement appraisal systems and manage performance review cycles.

  11. Work closely with managers to address performance gaps.
  12. Support in building KPIs and competency frameworks.

  13. Recruitment & Onboarding

  14. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.

  15. Develop JD, source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage selection process.
  16. Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and documentation.

  17. Training & Development

  18. Identify training needs and arrange internal/external training sessions.

  19. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain development plans.

  20. Policy Development

  21. Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

  22. Ensure company policies align with legal standards and organizational goals.

  23. Exit Management

  24. Handle resignation, full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.

  25. Maintain attrition data and suggest retention strategies.
