  • Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.

  • Responsible for creating employee ID card and Include the new employee ID in HR software for attendance purpose.

  • Maintaining the personal file for each employee.

  • Maintaining the employee leave card activities.

  • Monitor the implementation of the ERP system.

  • Co-ordinate Training and development activities.

  • Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Sr. Manager.

  • Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.

  • Monitoring and controlling of Time Office Management.

  • Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.

  • Responsible for housekeeping & 5S.

  • Collecting PF Withdrawal form for the left employees and following the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
