Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR & Admin functions

Languages Required: Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada & Telugu (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
  • Support in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR & admin-related reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Local candidates from Hopes / Singanallur (Coimbatore) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.
  • Proficiency in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is mandatory.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • Age limit upto 35
