We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Officer – HR (Recruitment) to support our white-collar hiring needs. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding. The incumbent will play a key role in enhancing candidate experience, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms , employee referrals, campus recruitment, and other innovative channels. Continuously explore emerging recruitment methods to widen the talent pool.
- Partner with line managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and position specifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and joining activity.
- Ensure all positions are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions to avoid last-minute dropouts or "ghosting."
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, reports, and data for management review.
- Coordinate with HR team members to support pre-onboarding and induction activities.
Continuously explore and implement best practices in recruitment to enhance efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ATS tools.
