- Inventory management: Accurate tracking of stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages.
- Logistics and dispatch coordination: Planning, organizing, and coordinating dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials, optimizing routes and load management.
- Vendor management: Managing relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
2. Team Management and Development:
- Supervising and coaching: Managing a team of hub staff, including warehouse workers, drivers, and administrative personnel.
- Developing team members: Providing training, mentorship, and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Performance monitoring and reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting performance to senior management.
3. Strategic Planning and Improvement:
- Developing and implementing strategies: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
