The Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is responsible for managing our contingent workforce program.

This role offers a broad perspective of the organization and the Global Business Services function.

As a GWS Supervisor, you will develop reporting needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Define, streamline, and document internal processes. Develop user guides and training materials for external process steps.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System data validation, monthly access reviews, and consultant validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop vendor QBR reporting and quarterly cost savings reporting processes.
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Offer additional data reporting support for financial, operational, or ad hoc needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working within a Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrated ability to create SOPs and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, understanding business needs for reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to operate successfully in a team environment.
