Job Title: Strategic Workforce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Specialist to oversee and enhance all aspects of the HR function. This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees who possess the right skills and qualifications for the job.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment that promotes productivity and collaboration.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes designed to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities that boost morale and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies that reduce turnover rates.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.
