Travel Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international ticket bookings (air, train, bus) and hotel reservations.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best fares, discounts, and services.
  • Process visa applications, travel insurance, and related documentation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and share them with employees on time.
  • Maintain travel-related records including bookings, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Monitor travel budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with company travel policy.
  • Provide assistance in emergency travel situations (cancellations, reschedules, delays).
  • Support employees with cab bookings, airport transfers, and local travel arrangements.
  • Prepare monthly travel expense reports and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees, vendors, and management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,).
  • Knowledge of travel portals
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and cost-conscious approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration / Hospitality / Travel & Tourism or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel desk operations (corporate setup preferred).
  • Familiarity with visa processes, ticketing systems, and vendor management.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with occasional coordination outside office hours during travel emergencies.
  • Requires strong networking with travel vendors and service providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
