We are looking to hire Business Support Executive (Travel desk & Admin) to join our Corporate Services Team and help us run the Travel desk & day-to-day Administrative activities smoothly in the company by serving as a point of contact and link between Employees, Internal departments, and External parties, including Vendors, Lenders, and Customers

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate must have previous experience in areas of overall administration support and vendor management. Experience of working with a small medium-sized IT services company will be an added advantage.


• Handling General Administration


• Vendor Management


• Record keeping and relevant data entry


• Purchases & AMCs


• Managing Assets & Inventory Management


• Facility Management (supervising repairing & maintenance of office infrastructure)


• Supervising Housekeeping & Office boys


• Controlling of Bills & Payments


• Coordinating day to day activities with Accounting team


• Handling Insurance requirement of the company and their timely renewal


• Maintaining Employee database


• Employee onboarding & Employee exit


• Handling Employee Health Insurances queries and coordinating with Insurance vendor whenever assistance is needed.


• Handling employee queries on Admin issues.


• Supporting Travel Desk and coordinating with Travel Vendors wherever needed.


• Handling Purchase request and Procurement


• Supporting & organizing company events


• Maintaining Bills & Quotation


• Maintaining files & records


• Assistance in agreements, work orders & other legal documents as per project requirements


• Preparation of letter correspondence with respect to Admin functions
