Job Summary

Finnotion Investment Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Support Executive to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting business operations, assisting clients with financial products, and ensuring exceptional service within our fast-growing investment services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Role Description

  • Provide consulting support to clients regarding various investment products including mutual funds, stocks, insurance, and portfolio management services.​
  • Assist clients in completing investment application forms and account documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.​
  • Respond to client inquiries related to account status, transactions, and trading/demat activities, and resolve issues in a timely manner.​
  • Promote and cross-sell financial products such as SIPs, insurance plans, and other related offerings to clients.​
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations and customer onboarding.​
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and product/service applications for audit and reporting purposes.​
  • Deliver personalized solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement.​
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts by participating in campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.​
  • Stay abreast of the latest financial regulations, company products, and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial services/wealth management/investment services preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.​
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, and customer service best practices.​
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related business tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
