Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive
Junior Business Development Executive
to support our
turnkey corporate interior fit-out projects
. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, market research, proposal support, and assisting the senior BD team from initial inquiry through project closure. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to build a career in corporate interiors and real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate leads for
corporate office turnkey interior projects
through cold calling, site visits, brokers, property consultants, and professional networking. - Identify and approach potential corporate clients through market research and database building.
- Track upcoming tenders, RFPs, and corporate relocation opportunities.
Client Coordination & Meetings
- Fix and coordinate meetings with clients along with the Associate Director – BD and design team.
- Schedule and manage follow-ups, presentations, and site visits.
- Act as the first point of contact for initial client inquiries.
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing
company profiles, presentations, and basic proposals
. - Support BOQ coordination, feasibility discussions, and design briefing documentation.
- Assist senior team members in negotiation documentation and closure formalities.
CRM & Internal Coordination
- Maintain CRM records, lead databases, follow-up trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, project execution) for timely information flow.
- Support tender documentation and submission processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of
turnkey interior execution projects - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Good follow-up discipline and organizational skills
- Professional, confident, and presentable client-facing personality
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or Interior-related fields
Preferred Profile:
- Exposure to
commercial interiors or real estate sales - Knowledge of the
Mumbai / Pune corporate office market - Willingness to travel for site visits, meetings, and client engagements
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Number of
qualified leads generated per month - Number of
client meetings fixed and attended - Conversion ratio from lead to proposal stage
- Number of
proposals/RFPs supported and submitted - Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and follow-ups
- Contribution to
project closures and revenue pipeline - Turnaround time for client coordination and internal support
- Market intelligence inputs and new client identification
