Process Specialist, Risk Consulting
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
As part of AXA XL's transformation this global team is growing to support the Loss Prevention and Underwriting teams. We're creating opportunities to free up time, allowing our colleagues to focus more on customer interaction and less on supporting tasks. What you'll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Analyzing Schedule of Values by consolidating Property Values and COPE data through defined parameters to assess fire loss exposure and develop the Risk Quality Index.
- Assisting in the completion of Pricing Tools and supporting documentation required for Account Reviews.
- Enhancing geocoding accuracy at the location level for high-risk sites by leveraging Loss Prevention Reports and targeted research.
- Conducting flood risk assessments utilizing various web-based Natural Catastrophe modeling platforms.
- Seeking Quotes from vendors for Jurisdictional Inspections.
What you will BRING
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Risk Assessment: Understanding COPE data, Loss Prevention Reports, Natural Catastrophe Risk indices. Prior experience in Property Insurance or Risk Consulting experience is value addition.
- Leveraging Technology: Proficiency with MS Excel is a must. Knowledge of R and BI Tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex datasets, while proposing data-driven solutions.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Robust Communicator & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication to work and Effective Team Player with ability to work with work in cross-functional teams.
