With operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for a talented and driven General Manager / Manager – Automobile Sales to lead sales operations and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team across multiple dealership locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Drive vehicle sales, corporate sales, and retail performance.
  • Monitor daily sales operations, leads, and conversion ratios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, and OEM representatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly MIS and performance reports for management.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve peak performance.
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–15 years in automobile sales (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler dealership experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership in managing dealership sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of automobile market trends and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel between dealership locations.
