Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and other departments to maintain accurate financial records, support vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis and tracking of expenses
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate expense account coding
  • Verify invoice rates with contracts and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain proper records
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally-Prime / SAP)
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance / Inter-CA
  • 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
