Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Bakery Chef in Gurugram. The Executive Bakery Chef will be responsible for managing all bakery operations, including production and decoration of bakery items such as bread and cookies. Daily tasks include overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The Executive Bakery Chef will also be in charge of developing new recipes and menu items, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
  • Experience with producing and decorating Cookies and Bread
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
