1 We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our drone and survey services 2 This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the drone and surveying industry and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation in operational workflows 3 Analyze internal operations metrics and proactively project findings to the BU leadership team along with strategy guideline for reigning in the outliers 4 Executing the above guidelines strategies to better adherence to business processes 5 Interpreting financial and operational reports and providing a consolidated view of the business trajectory for the quarter 6 Help empower customer relationships by ensuring profitable performance of business operations and driving excellence in internal processes 7 Execute cost benefit interpretation of internal programs 8 Mentoring managing and leading the sales operations team Competencies1 Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and leadership role 2 Strong Program Management experience3 Ability to manage and lead to connect with senior management team 4 Develop and execute internal operational plans to enhance service delivery 5 Clear understanding of the clients processes6 Ensure man power deployed and available at all times for all processes 7 Ensure staff follows rooster and same is aligned with clients expectations 8 Preparing and managing work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage9 Handle all escalated calls and matters and ensure resolution to clients customer satisfaction Desired Skills 1 Manage escalations 2 Continuously identify and implement system improvements to boost efficiency 3 Plan Execute Monitor every nuance of daily floor operations and prepare Action plans for continuous process improvement 4 Increased employee productivity and efficiency5 Removal of redundancies6 Smooth and easy process flow
