Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling Channel Partners & Direct Sales activities with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth across projects.
- Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Proficient in managing business encompassing customer relationship management, administration, market analysis, development of new markets and penetration into new segments.
- Analyzing market trends/ requirements, collating market intelligence reports and accordingly forecasting sales. Evaluating sales & marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
- Organizing marketing/ sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers.
- Handling product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate additional sales.
- Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments.
- Leading multiple projects from concept stage to possession, across Luxury, premium and affordable segment in real estate with an in-depth expertise in Team building,
