The Plant Controller is a key business partner to the Plant Manager and Operations Leadership, responsible for driving financial performance, cost control, and profitability within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, controls, and compliance while supporting operational decision-making through insightful financial analysis. The position is fully on-site at our Ambernath Plant.

Responsibilities:Develop and track KPIs related to cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Drive DIO & ITO ImprovementsConduct cost-benefit analysis on process improvements and capital expenditures. Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with plant management to optimize production costs and drive efficiency. Support make-or-buy decisions, production planning, and capacity utilization analysis. Lead financial reviews on capital investment projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

Authorizing plant level spends Identifying leakages , wastages Responsible to drive Plant level KPI's Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations. Validation of standard Hours, Actual Hours -worked hours , calculation of Conversion rates & Material BurdenVariance Analysis for under absorption/Overabsorption of Overheads, rate variance for standard v/s Actual Qualification: CA/ CMA Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in Manufacturing Industry Reporting to: Director - Operations Finance Industry Knowledge: Experience in engineering, electrical, or industrial manufacturing Technical Skills: Strong ERP Experience Oracle an added advantage Proficiency in Excel, Power BI added advantage

Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost control frameworks

Soft Skills:Strong business partnering and leadership skills. Ability to influence decision-making and drive financial discipline. Detail-oriented with problem-solving and analytical mindset
