Executive - Admin (Overseas Education/Study Abroad)

Role & responsibilities:
- Assist students throughout the application process to universities in countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, European countries and others.
- Submit applications to overseas universities on behalf of students and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow up with universities to track the progress of student applications and ensure timely admissions decisions.
- Regularly update the CRM system with student information, application status, and university communication.
- Forward relevant communication from universities to appropriate associates or branch offices.
- Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company, providing support and engaging with prospective students.
- Contribute to the smooth coordination and success of events, including pre-event preparation and on-site assistance.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, with strong time management and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
