Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai (Matunga)

Work Days: Monday–Friday (10 AM – 7 PM) | Saturday (10 AM – 4 PM)

Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development / Counselling (Overseas Education preferred)

Salary: 15–20% hike on current package

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrolments and build strong relationships with aspiring learners and their families. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, nurturing leads, and guiding students toward their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Engage with students and parents professionally, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up consistently with prospective students, keeping leads warm for present and future conversions.
  • Counselling Support: Provide basic guidance on overseas education options, tailored to destination preferences.
  • Scheduling: Identify qualified prospects and arrange in-person or virtual counselling sessions.
  • Conversion Focus: Build trust, address queries clearly, and guide families toward enrolment decisions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with management to refine scripts, strategies, and processes to improve results.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on study destinations, universities, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
