Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune, for an ERPNext Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customized ERPNext solutions to meet the company's operational requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing new modules, debugging existing systems, conducting system testing, and ensuring seamless integration with other digital tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ERPNext development, customization, and implementation
  • Experience with Python programming and Frappe framework
  • Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and RDBMS
  • Familiarity with front-end development techniques, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in integrating third-party applications and APIs into ERPNext systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the agricultural or e-commerce domain is a plus
