We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Software Support Engineer with strong domain knowledge in accounting and banking transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support to clients, training users on our proprietary software, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and functional guidance to clients using our accounting/banking software.
  • Conduct on-site visits for implementation, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Understand client workflows, identify pain points, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to analyze bugs, suggest fixes, and validate resolutions.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Assist in data migration, configuration, and testing during onboarding.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides/manuals as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ledger management, reconciliation, and GST/TDS workflows.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERPNext, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to travel to client locations across Maharashtra as required.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, ticketing systems, and software lifecycle is a plus.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts.
  • Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi (preferred for regional support).
