Frappe Developer

Job Description: Frappe Developer (0-2 Years)

Location: Pune

Experience: 0-4 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework

• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code primarily in Python (core backend development)

• Design and manage database schemas, queries, and data integrity using MariaDB / SQL

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services where required

• Work with front-end components (basic HTML, JavaScript) as needed

• Participate in full SDLC - requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, designers, testers)

Required Skills:

• Python (80%): Strong core skills, OOP, scripting

• Frappe Framework (10%): Basic understanding, ERPNext exposure preferred

• SQL / MariaDB (10%): Query writing, database design, joins

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• ERPNext knowledge

• Git/GitHub familiarity

• REST APIs understanding

• Basic HTML, JS, CSS

• Linux/server environment experience
