Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a Fine Dine Café. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, manage staff during assigned shifts, and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead front-of-house staff during shifts to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Handle staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift handovers.
  • Monitor café operations including service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  • Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members to improve service efficiency.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Support management in implementing operational policies and promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F\&B / hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of café/restaurant operations and customer service standards.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
