Job Title -Credit Analyst

Department- Credit & Risk Management

Location- Delhi

Job Purpose

To support the Credit team in financial analysis, credit appraisal, and portfolio monitoring for Electric Vehicle (EV) leasing transactions, ensuring accurate risk assessment, policy compliance, and timely processing of proposals across fleet, aggregator, SME, and corporate leasing segments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Credit Appraisal Support

  2. Assist in credit appraisal of EV leasing proposals across EV fleet segments.

  3. Analyze financial statements, GST returns, bank statements, and cash flows.
  4. Prepare financial spreads, ratio analysis, cash flow summaries, and repayment capacity assessments.
  5. Credit Notes / CAMs with preliminary risk observations and supporting analysis.
  6. Risk Analysis & Transaction Support
  7. Support assessment of business model risks, including fleet utilization, contract tenor, per-vehicle economics, and counterparty profile.
  8. Assist in evaluating leverage, DSCR, EBITDA trends, and basic sensitivity scenarios.
  9. Support transaction structuring inputs such as security deposit, advance rentals, tenure, and pricing as per policy norms.
  10. Policy & Compliance Support
  11. Ensure proposals comply with internal credit policy and underwriting guidelines.
  12. Assist in maintaining credit checklists, documentation trackers, and policy compliance records.
  13. Coordination with Sales & Operations
  14. Coordinate with Sales teams for collection and clarification of financial and supporting documents.
  15. Support Operations in completion of pre-disbursement checks and CP compliance.
  16. Portfolio Monitoring & MIS
  17. Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, DPD trends, covenant tracking, and basic early warning indicators.
  18. Prepare and update credit MIS, approval trackers, and portfolio dashboards.
  19. Support internal and statutory audits by ensuring completeness of credit files.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of leasing, asset finance, and EV business models
  • Strong financial analysis and Excel skills

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Engineering
  • MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • NBFCs / Banks (Asset Finance, Auto, CV, EV, Leasing)
  • Leasing / fleet finance companies
  • Exposure to Delhi–NCR EV, logistics, or mobility clients preferred
