Job Summary:

We are looking to hire highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Analysts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to conduct independent research using credible data sources. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting business, financial, and market information to support decision-making and client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on companies, sectors, markets, and investment opportunities
  • Gather data from industry reports, financial statements, regulatory filings, market databases, and news sources
  • Prepare research reports, briefs, presentations, and actionable insights for internal and client use
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, private equity, private credit, VC, and other investment developments
  • Assist in preparing due diligence, valuation analysis, risk assessments, and financial profiles
  • Maintain research databases and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and relevance of information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial statements, investment structures, and global business environment.
