Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Executive located in Mumbai. The Logistic Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations, including coordination with suppliers, transportation, and warehouse management. Daily tasks will include overseeing the supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of products, handling customer service inquiries, and keeping detailed records of inventory and shipments. The role requires constant communication with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes and support sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Basic Sales knowledge beneficial
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is a plus
