Manager Alternate Channel

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance alternative sales channels.
- Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities to optimize channel performance.
- Lead relationship management with external partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs to assess channel effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to team members and partners on channel strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products through alternative channels.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitive advantages.
- Manage budget allocations for channel development initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on channel performance to senior management.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to enhance channel operations.
- Address and resolve channel-related issues partners may encounter.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all channels.
- Develop incentives to drive partner engagement and performance.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking and optimizing channel effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote alternative channels.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or channel management.
- Proven track record of developing successful alternative channels.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and systems.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in the industry.
