Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Handle employee database management and documentation (personal files, HRMS updates).
- Support in preparation of HR reports and MIS data.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
- Support in conducting exit interviews and employee retention analysis.
4. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
- Maintain compliance records and assist in labour department inspections.
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors as required.
5. Performance & Policy Support
- Assist in performance appraisal process coordination.
- Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure adherence to organizational culture and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline [Master's or Bachelors degree in HR preferred]
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
