Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and representing Kagnizant Capital's values in all interactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable financial products/services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or pitches to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in finance, banking, or investment services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
