  • Compliance Monitoring: The Internal Audit Control must monitor the NBFC's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This involves reviewing the company's operations and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: The Internal Audit Control is responsible for preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management and the board of directors. The report should provide an overview of the audit results, including any identified weaknesses or deficiencies and recommendations for improvement.
  • Follow-up: The Internal Audit Control must follow up on the implementation of recommendations made in audit reports and ensure that corrective actions have been taken to address any identified weaknesses or deficiencies.
  • Liaison: The Internal Audit Control must liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the NBFC is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
