  1. Support in Safety and Quality Assurance

  2. Assist in promoting excellence in safety, environmental protection, and quality performance across the fleet.

  3. Ensure alignment of fleet operations with ISO 9001 standards and continual improvement of the company's Quality Management System.

  4. Internal Audits and Regulatory Compliance

  5. Support in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits (vessels and office) to verify compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS), ISM Code, ISPS Code, and MLC 2006.

  6. Follow up on audit findings to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

  7. Training and Induction Programs

  8. Ensure that safety training requirements are met and effectively delivered.

  9. Support the onboarding process for new employees by integrating comprehensive QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) content into induction programs.

  10. Stakeholder Coordination

  11. Liaise with Flag Administrations, Classification Societies, charterers, terminals, and other third parties to support smooth vessel operations and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

  12. Collaborate with internal departments to support the consistent implementation of the company's SMS.

  13. Change and Deviation Management

  14. Assist in managing processes related to Management of Change (MoC) and temporary deviations from company procedures, ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation.

  15. Inspections and Vetting

  16. Assist in coordinating audits, vetting inspections, and third-party reviews.

  17. Support documentation and preparation processes to ensure vessels are inspection-ready and observations are addressed promptly.

  18. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  19. Monitor records such as Master's Reviews, onboard training and drills, familiarization processes, and near-miss reports.

  20. Contribute to the review and analysis of risk assessments, ensuring lessons learned are captured and improvements implemented.

  21. Incident Investigation

  22. Support the investigation of incidents and accidents, assisting in root cause analysis and tracking the implementation of corrective/preventive measures.

  23. Documentation and Reporting

  24. Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and quality compliance.

  25. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  26. Communication and Software Proficiency

  27. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and external bodies.

  28. Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, analysis, and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
