About the role:
Education counsellor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programs to working professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.
- Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges.
- Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
- Attending calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
- Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
- Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Active listening.
