Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to incoming enquiries.
  • Counsel parents on the school's philosophy, programs, and admission process.
  • Schedule and coordinate parent meetings, school tours, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update enquiry records, ensuring timely follow-up and conversions.
  • Assist in admissions-related documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the academic and admin teams for smooth counselling and admission support.
  • Achieve monthly enquiry conversion and admission targets.
