Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (7 to 10 mins walk from Vashi Station)

Word Days - Monday to Friday (5 Days work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and IT roles sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media hiring, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews; ensure timely feedback and candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job descriptions and role expectations.
  • Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining high quality of hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 16 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting.
  • Experience in Non-IT and IT hiring; exposure to FMCG, Media, BFSI, or E-commerce roles is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing agency preferred.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and social media hiring tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple mandates.
