**Responsibilities**

We are looking for a vivid and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. By creating a supportive work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and diversity.

As a Recruiter, he/she would be responsible for aligning the HR Recruitment and practices with the vision and mission of the organization and ensuring that the HR function delivers value to the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality.
- Identifying areas of improvement and best practices for HR functions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, as well as the company's policies and goals

**Qualification**
- MMS HR/MBA/Post graduation degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Recruitment/ Onboarding or a similar role in a mid-sized organization.
- Strong Recruitment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, people skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- A passion for HR Talent Acquisition and a curiosity to learn new things and explore new possibilities.
- Experience working with any HRIS tool would be preferred.
- Working on Process Digitalization experience would be more beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
