Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IB curriculum, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
  • Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and information sessions
  • Build relationships with prospective families, answering questions and providing guidance
  • Review and process applications, ensuring compliance with school policies and IB regulations
  • Collaborate with the academic team to assess student eligibility and placement
  • Communicate admission decisions and provide support to new families
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Stay updated on IB curriculum developments and admission trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service (preferably in an international school setting)
  • Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and its benefits
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including families, students, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IB school admissions or education marketing
  • Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., ManageBac)
  • Certification in admissions or marketing
  • Knowledge of multiple languages
