Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Executive located in Pune. The Senior Admission Executive will be responsible for managing the admission process, guiding prospective students and their families, ensuring timely communication, and handling inquiries. The role also includes coordinating with different departments, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer service and relationship management
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
