Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the refund requests data received from the customer service team.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of refund details before initiating refunds via Shopify, Clickpost, Gokwik, and COD platforms.
  • Communicate promptly with the customer success team regarding any unprocessed refunds, providing clear reasons.
  • Ensure all refunds are processed within defined daily timelines.
  • Assist in the reconciliation and reporting of refund activities on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare credit notes for processed refunds and map them accurately with corresponding bank entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and support audit/compliance requirements.
