Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Executive to join our team. The role involves handling incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and managing email communication to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Answer customer queries related to products, services, and orders.
  • Respond to customer emails in a clear, polite, and timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, outlets) to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Assist in improving customer support processes by sharing feedback and insights.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good email etiquette and ability to draft professional responses.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
