As an Operations Support Executive, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between service centers and field drivers for efficient vehicle pickup and drop-off services. Your responsibilities include: - Hiring and onboarding drivers based on operational requirements. - Managing the daily driver queue, assigning tasks according to demand and availability. - Communicating effectively with drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickups and drop-offs. - Proactively addressing and resolving daily driver issues. - Building collaborative relationships with assigned service centers. - Coordinating efficiently to minimize delays in vehicle movement. - Acting as the primary point of contact between service centers and the driver team. - Growing the volume of bookings at each service center in line with targets. - Identifying growth opportunities and ensuring consistent booking performance. - Tracking performance and operational efficiency using Excel and other tools. - Escalating system-level issues affecting service quality. - Supporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Providing feedback to enhance overall service delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Excel and internet-based tools. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Preferably, prior experience in operations, logistics, or driver coordination. In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, the role demands effective communication, relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of systems, internet tools, and Excel.
