With a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT End user support, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to computer hardware, software installations, and user support. **Role Overview:** As an IT EUS Support - L1 at NTT DATA, your key responsibilities will include: - Assembling and disassembling desktop and laptop computer hardware - Troubleshooting hardware issues - Ensuring smooth installations, updates, upgrades, and migrations of Microsoft Windows client operating systems - Installing various applications and providing basic troubleshooting support - Supporting antivirus applications - Basic understanding of networking, network cable crimping, and printer troubleshooting - Providing incident and change request support to users - Fieldwork support **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Azure/Intune and Microsoft products preferred - Ability to communicate and manage vendor support effectively - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English - Flexibility to work beyond standard hours NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, catering to 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
