Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Assam, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include field visits, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing sales deals, and updating sales records. This role requires extensive travel within the region to foster connections with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Prior experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
