Wir suchen fr unser internationales Grokundenteam (CARAT) Verstrkung.

In dieser Rolle betreust du einen Teil der wichtigsten Kunden unseres Unternehmens.

Vermutlich kaufst du regelmig selbst bei einigen dieser Unternehmen ein.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Umsetzung der Preboarding Prozesse fr UK/ Europische Grokunden.
  • Betreuung der kaufmnnischen Ansprechpartner von Grokunden sowie Franchisenehmern
  • Automatisierung von Arbeitsablufen und Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Klrung und Beantwortung von komplexen Kundenanfragen
  • Verbesserung bzw. Aufbau der Kundenbeziehung
  • Umsetzung regelmiger Kundentermine und vieles mehr.
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
  • Starke, positive Persnlichkeit
  • Erfahrung mit den KYC / AML Prozessen im regulierten Geschft
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
  • Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Hndlergeschft
  • Umfangreiches Verstndnis der Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Fiserv
  • Flieendes Deutsch und Englisch
