1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, social media, and broker networks.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly in CRM.
- Ensure minimum weekly/monthly lead generation targets are achieved.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Follow up with potential clients and build strong relationships for conversion.
- Conduct site visits, explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Address client queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.
3. Sales Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Negotiate terms and close bookings within defined timelines.
- Prepare and submit booking forms, KYC, and required documentation.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Provide weekly updates to the management with actionable insights.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and marketing teams for post-sales processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up for agreement execution, payment scheduling, and possession timelines.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports: site visits, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions.
- Update CRM consistently with lead status, remarks, and progress.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports as required.
7. Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure all customers receive accurate information and timely support.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism during interactions, site tours, and negotiations.
- Work toward securing client referrals and repeat business.
8. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing events.
- Suggest ideas for promotions, campaigns, and lead generation improvements.
